Titan Management Services manages all accounting and financial aspects of administration using industry standard and professional accounting principles.
Inspection
Optional regular property inspections are able to be preformed by our Field Support Staff to ensure adherence to the Rules and Regulations of the community.
Maintenance
Should the Board of Directors request, we secure proposals from qualified vendors using a detailed scope of work.
Records
Our team will store your association files on a secure offline server with storage in RAID. As well as having files uploaded to the portal on our website.
Communication
Titan Management Services provides the board with a monthly list of all communication done with any and all resident or vendor of the community.
Portal Management
Titan Management Services maintains and uploads to both a resident and board portal account for every association. Allowing for easy access to either public or private files.
